ALWAYS...
PATSY CLINE
is the story of the
country music legend
as told through the
eyes of a Houston
housewife, Louise
Segar, who got to
know Patsy during
her short but
amazing career. The
show features
Patsy's famous tunes
such as
I Fall To Pieces,
Walkin' After
Midnight and
Crazy. Patsy
Cline is considered
by many to be the
first female
country/pop
cross-over artist.
Her songs often
hitting the top of
both charts. Her
career was unsteady,
her life was filled
with tragedy.
She was killed in
a 1963 private plane
crash along with
other famous country
musicians. They were
returning to
Nashville after a
benefit concert in
memory of a popular
country music DJ who
had been killed
earlier in the year.
She is remembered
for her booming
voice and charming
performance style.
Patsy Cline's fans
are still
considerable in
number. Newly
recorded versions of
her famous songs
made fresh by today's top
country singers keep
her memory alive..

Joan of Arc
by Robert Riddle
Baker, based on the
historical court
records of her rise
to power and her
being condemned to
death by her enemies
who used her and
wanted her out
